The Riedberger Horn is a prominent grassy mountain in the Allgäu and the highest mountain of the Hörnergruppe in the northwest of Oberstdorf. The summit is easy to access and offers a beautiful view of the Allgäu High Alps Nature Reserve with Hochvogel and Grosser Krottenkopf. The area at the Riedberger Horn is considered an ideal hiking area for families and people without previous experience. Only the path over the Northeast Ridge is a bit more challenging.
