Serles is a 2,718m high mountain in the Stubai Alps in Tyrol. The summit and the two sub peaks are visible from Innsbruck on clear days. A legend tells the story that the “Giant Serles” once was a cruel king who was turned into stone by god, as a punishment for his misdeeds.
