Our books, games and the most popular paper maps are in stock — everything else is made once you order it. Whether an item ships from stock or is made for you, along with its delivery time, is shown on the product page.
Items in stock ship from our warehouse in Germany: 1–3 working days to Germany and Austria, 2–5 working days to the rest of the EU, 3–7 working days to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the United Kingdom, and 4–20 working days to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world.
Made-to-order prints are produced once you order them: 5–15 working days within Europe.
Many of our maps are printed once you order them. Your order may therefore arrive in more than one delivery. We don't ship at weekends or on public holidays.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU are tax-free exports. Customs duties and import taxes are therefore not included in the price — your country's customs authority charges them on import.
A few minutes after your order, you'll receive a confirmation by email — if in doubt, check your spam folder too. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you the tracking number.

Since 2023 our warehouse shipping has been handled by Dein-Versand.de in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our items leave there every working day.
