Monte Argentera

Monte Argentera

The highest mountain of the Maritime Alps is located only 50 km east of Nizza in one of the biggest nature parks of the Alps. The mountain itself seems quite unimpressive being framed by nearby mountain ranges. The regional park offers scenic hiking trails and is home to countless alpine marmots.

How are our prints made?

We have been drawing mountains since 2015.
Every print is illustrated by hand, and we write and check the texts ourselves.

In the illustrations, we pay attention to perspective and to landmarks that stand for a place, making it easy to recognise. For Alpine passes, we show tunnels or sights along the route, such as the Courchevel altiport at the Col de la Loze.

It is important to us that the texts convey the information and the atmosphere of a route accurately. We use AI for preliminary research, error checking and translation. People carry out the essential steps.
