Riedberger Horn

Riedberger Horn

The Riedberger Horn is a striking grassy mountain in the Allgäu and the highest summit of the Hörner group north-west of Oberstdorf. The top is easy to reach and offers a beautiful view of the Allgäu High Alps with the Hochvogel and the Großer Krottenkopf. The area around the Riedberger Horn is considered ideal walking country for families and for people without previous experience; only the route over the north-east ridge is a little more challenging.

How are our prints made?

We have been drawing mountains since 2015.
Every print is illustrated by hand, and we write and check the texts ourselves.

In the illustrations, we pay attention to perspective and to landmarks that stand for a place, making it easy to recognise. For Alpine passes, we show tunnels or sights along the route, such as the Courchevel altiport at the Col de la Loze.

It is important to us that the texts convey the information and the atmosphere of a route accurately. We use AI for preliminary research, error checking and translation. People carry out the essential steps.
