Basic structure of our map

The backbone of our map consists of contour lines at intervals of 200 metres. Thus, the map looks vivid and nicely illustrates the topography of the Alps. In addition to the borders of the nine Austrian states, the map displays the most important roads and rivers, as well as cities and mountains as reference points.

Austria map – Map Grey style, structure of the map

This style is based on our map ‘Mapping Out the Alps’. The altitude profile consists of different shades of grey, so that your own markings stand out clearly.

OUR MAPS ON THE WALL

Customers and hotels have sent us photos of their maps on the wall. See how paper, foamcore, a wooden frame or acrylic glass look in real rooms – it makes choosing the material much easier.
