Crowsnest Mountain is a massive rock tower on the eastern side of the Rocky Mountains. The monolith raises south of the Seven Sisters. Further south is highway 3 which offers some spectacular views of the mountain. The name goes back to the native Cree who named the rock after the black ravens - not crows - which were nesting in the area.
