2. What if I am not satisfied with a product?
Unless it is a custom-made product, we refund all costs if you are not happy with your order. Just send the product back within 14 days (the period between you receiving our shipment and posting the return shipment) and contact us via:

3. What if a product is damaged?
If a product is damaged during transport we will send you a new unit free of charge. We ask you to send us a picture of the product on which the damage is visible to:

4. I have never received my order. How do I get help?
If your order is lost during the shipment we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us via:
