1.Who do I contact if there is a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your order or if you have any questions please contact us via service@marmotamaps.com.

2. What if I am not satisfied with a product?
We refund all costs if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. Just send the product back within 14 days and contact us via service@marmotamaps.com.

3. What if a product is damaged?
If a product is damaged during transport we will send you a new unit free of charge. We ask you to send us a picture of the product on which the damage is visible to service@marmotamaps.com.

4. I have never received my order. How do I get help?
If your order is lost during the shipment we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us via service@marmotamaps.com.
